Our journey began by asking ourselves the same career questions you may have once asked.  Do I stay and continue serving or transition to a civilian career?  Do I transition at the end of my contract, or do I stay until retirement?  What career opportunities exist for me and my spouse?  

We found that there isn’t a single, military-friendly resource or tool that collates this information to make informed career, life, and family decisions.

Our goal is to develop a central hub for all active duty, veteran, and spousal support.  We colocated several unique tools and gathered a comprehensive set of resources to ensure service members continue to succeed beyond their military service.

To equip every service member, veteran, and their families with essential tools and resources to confidently navigate and thrive during and beyond the transition to civilian life.
